What Day is it?

We’ve been home for over a month now because of the global pandemic and I don’t know about you, but it’s been eye opening to me. Trying to balance work, home life, and working out has really changed. In this episode, I share some suggestions to find the time to get movement in, while also honoring our temporary life situation.
