When you do a WOD that consists of a series of rounds, it can be useful to use poker chips to keep track of the rounds. Now if you’re doing three rounds, forgo the chips. You can count to three.
Today we did a WOD that was seven rounds…some how, I did eight rounds. Oops

It was hard. But I did 3 rounds of pull-ups without a band. Which is an improvement. I still have to work on my kipping. But I’m on my way.
