Toes to Bar

One of my goals is stringing my toes-to-bar together. We recently completed the Crossfit Open 15.1 workout and I realized that I really need to work the mechanics and strategy of doing toes-to-bar in a workout.  I can do singles. But the challenge is to get the proper grip to carry me through a workout and to be able to maintain good form and endurance.
