Sugar – How much is too much?

I remember not eating sugar much when I was a child.  No sugary cereals, only the healthy cereals. When I got older, I discovered sugary cereal and loved it. But now I know that too much sugar and high fructose corn syrup can damage your health.

It’s so important to reduce your sugar intact and read your food labels. Naturally occurring sugar from fruits and vegetables is ok. But our country’s problem is the added sugar.  Once added sugar is eliminated or at least reduced, it is possible to see an improvement in health.
