Pull-ups are my nemesis. Every time we have pull-ups in a WOD, I have to decide, with a band or without a band. I’m finally on a red band. But I’m trying to do as many pull-ups without the band as possible. Today I did 12 out of 45 without a band. That’s two more than I’ve done before. Baby Steps.
